Discovery of the canyons Holiday from Rodellar

A canyoning holiday to discover the most beautiful canyons of the Sierra de Guara, in Aragon, under the eternal Mediterranean sunshine, in this maze of water and rock, you will spend unforgettable playful and active holidays.

• Easy level : Walks : 5 to 6 hours . You have to be able to swim for a hundred meters.
• Meals : in your loging.
• Rucksack : pic-nic and collective gear.
• Transport : your own vehicle.
• Groups : between 8 and 10 participants according to the type of canyon.

Day 1 : Transfer from Pau to Rodellar and discovery of the Canyon of the Little Mascun.

Day 2 : Canyon of the Barazil, near Rodellar : a succession of clear white waters, natural pools and gorges in grandiose surroundings.

Day 3 : Descent of the river Vero , the most classic and one of the most beautiful in the Sierra de Guara. Visit of the medieval village of Alquezar in the evening.

Day 4 : Trek through the canyon of Mascun up to the abandoned village of Otin. Outstanding landscapes where the largest population of Eurasian Griffin vultures in Europe can be observed.

Day 5 : Rio Alcanadre in its most playful part of the Peonera ; jumps, waterfalls, swims. at a rhythm adapted to everyone in an exceptional ambiance.

Day 6 : After an initiation to the techniques of abseiling/rappel you'll take the path ofthe « oscuros de Balcès » in the cool waters of the Rio Isuala and will discover the most impressive and breathtaking canyon of all. Saying goodbye after the activity.
